Juventus, Chiesa transferable: auction breaks out, 4 biggies interested
Federico Chiesa’s future looks increasingly distant from Juventus. The Azzurri external striker has several suitors in Europe, and the Bianconeri do not consider the player non-transferable if the right offer arrives.
The son of art is back from a subdued season after a long injury layoff, and difficulties in adapting to Massimiliano Allegri’s system of play are pushing him further away from Turin with each passing day. Just 21 league appearances, two goals and five assists for the Blue, far from his pre-injury numbers.
Chiesa has several suitors in the Premier League with Liverpool and Newcastle ahead of them all. The Reds are ready to offer 50 million euros, Juventus does not want to give up under 60 million euros, a figure that can be reached with a number of bonuses.
But an auction could soon be triggered: also on his trail would be Bayern Munich, which had sought him in the past, and Paris Saint Germain. Juve in the event of a bye would bet everything on Nicolò Zaniolo, currently at Galatasaray.
