F1, Austrian GP: Max Verstappen has many goals
The Dutchman has already won the Sprint on Austrian soil.
Unstoppable. Verstappen is unstoppable and continues to dominate F1, with no opponent able to bother him. After winning the Sprint, the two-time World Champion aims to take home today’s race as well, confirming his leadership over this World Championship.
Should he also win on the Red Bull Ring circuit, his record book would become even more special. First of all, he would win his fifth consecutive victory in this World Championship (the seventh out of nine GPs held). He would then reach 18 GPs won in the last 27 races.
Then there is the ranking of the most successful ever. With a new triumph on Austrian soil, he would break away from Senna (they are both currently at 41 GPs won) and begin the chase with Prost, currently fourth in the All Time list with 51 F1 wins. It is worth mentioning that, at the top of the standings, there is Hamilton, who has been stationary at 103 total wins for a long time. The Briton dreams of surprising Verstappen right in Austria.
