Italy-Brazil 3-1, sixth success for Azzurri in VNL

The men’s national volleyball team is off to the best possible start in the final week of the Volley Nations League preliminary phase: in Pasay, Philippines, the team coached by Fefè De Giorgi won 3 sets to 1 against Brazil, regaining a set disadvantage and closing 23-25, 25-20, 25-15, 25-21.

For the Azzurri, it is the sixth success in nine matches played in the preliminary phase of the competition: an important roster, which with three matches to go allows the Azzurri to remain nimbly among the top eight in the rankings, who will play the final phase in Poland from July 19-23.
