Fabio Caressa stands with Roberto Mancini: “I am very optimistic.”
Fabio Caressa shows optimism
Fabio Caressa, with Sportal.it, spoke about the very special moment of the Italian national soccer team. Which missed the last two World Cups but won the last European championship.
“Mancini, at the beginning, got the job a bit complicated by himself,” said the Sky Sport journalist. “He also had a bit of gratitude towards some players. I am very optimistic, because he still has a great stimulus and when a great coach has a great stimulus he can do well. I don’t think the situation is as complicated as it seems.”
“If we really don’t qualify for the European Championship it would be a real tragedy, more than an alarm,” Caressa added. “In fact I believe we will have a very good tournament. The team is there, I am convinced that we will find a point, for the other roles we are covered.”
