Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri in an interview with Sportitalia did not hide his irritation over the draw of the biancocelesti’s calendar, especially in the first eight days of Serie A.

The Tuscan coach complained about the big names that will have to face the Capitolini in the first part of the first leg: “It’s a good thing we came second. If we had finished eighth they would have made us play as an exception in Madrid against Real.”

Lazio after Lecce and Genoa in the first two rounds will face Napoli, Juventus, Monza, Torino, Milan, and Atalanta in series: “The schedule is very heavy as far as we are concerned, still I have only had a superficial look. Heavy because in the first seven,eight games we face four big teams.”
