Torino rejects maxi offer for Schuurs
Torino has rejected an initial offer for Dutch defender Perr Schuurs, a prized piece of Ivan Juric’s squad. According to Sky reports, two English clubs, West Ham and Crystal Palace, have come forward and an initial €30 million offer has arrived, which was immediately rejected by the Granata.
To give up the Oranje center-back, Torino president Urbano Cairo has demanded at least 40 million euros. Also on Schuurs’ trail would be Liverpool and Napoli.
Schuurs last season played 30 Serie A matches, 28 times as a starter, distinguishing himself for his consistency and performance.
