The exodus of soccer players to Saudi Arabia continues, where clubs are investing heavily and scouring the market to make the local tournament increasingly attractive.
After a year and a half in Mexico, Lisandro Lopez is also flying to Asia. The former Inter and Genoa defender, class of 1989, has left Club Tijuana and signed a one-year contract with Khaleej, a club in the Saudi Pro League.
Curiously, both with meneghini and Ligurian Lopez has collected only one presence: he made his debut in a Rossoblù jersey on December 6, 2018 during the Coppa Italia match lost to Virtus Entella.
