Empoli could soon knock on Parma’s door for Giuseppe Pezzella, who is returning to Emilia after a loan spell at Lecce. The departure of Fabiano Parisi to Fiorentina or Juventus could prompt the Tuscans to come forward for Pezzella.
According to Sky reports, given his contract expires in 2024, Parma will not be willing to sell him on loan, but only outright.
Last season in A, Pezzella put together 16 appearances in the top league. Under contract with Parma from 2019, the outfielder from Campania played on loan at Atalanta in the 2021-2022 season.
