Ray McCallum signs with Pesaro

Carpegna Prosciutto Pesaro announced through its official channels that it has reached a one-year agreement with Ray McCallum, a 1991-class point guard with NBA experience, last season first at Legia Warsaw and then at Nanterre 92.

The 32-year-old Detroit native is a true globetrotter: in addition to experience in the NBA (Sacramento Kings, San Antonio Spurs, Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets) and G-League (Reno Bighorns, Austin Spurs, Grand Rapids Drive, Agua Caliente Clippers and Greensboro Swarm), McCallum has also played in Spain (Malaga, Breogan, and Fuenlabrada), Turkey (Darussafaka), China (Shanghai Sharks), Israel (Hapoel Jerusalem), Germany (Hamburg Towers), as well as the aforementioned Poland (Legia) and France (Gravelines before Nanterre).

McCallum also boasts eight appearances with Team USA in 2011.
