Alessandro Gentile, who left Udine after a season with the Friulians, was the protagonist of a negotiation with Pallacanestro Cantù for his signing: according to La Provincia reports, however, the deal did not go through.

Gentile, 31 years old to be completed in November, has already worn the red and white undershirts of Olimpia Milano in Lombardy, from 2011 to 2017, winning among other things two scudetti with the meneghini, and of Pallacanestro Varese, which he left rather stormily at the end of January last year.

In his not-so-short professional career, which began in Treviso, Nando’s son also had some experiences abroad, at Panathinaikos in Greece, Hapoel Jerusalem in Israel, and in Spain, twice, with Estudiantes Madrid.
