F1: Ferrari fiasco, Arrivabene defends Vasseur

Ferrari had to cash in on another disappointment last weekend, with the mortifying ninth and tenth places of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc at Silverstone.

Under indictment once again were the strategies of the Ferrari front office. Former team principal Maurizio Arrivabene to Sky, however, defended Frederic Vasseur after the Cavallino’s limp first part of the season: “Vasseur I’ve known for a long time, he did great things with Alfa and discovered a champion like Leclerc.
