Good first for Genoa in the Moena training camp against amateurs Fassa Calcio. It ended 12-0 with the usual Gudmundsson making a great start with four goals. In the first half Gilardino started with a 3-4-1-2 with Martinez between the posts, a three-man defense with Biraschi, Bani and Vogliacco while in the midfield he put forward Sabelli, Strootman, Badelj and new signing Martin.

Aramu, on the other hand, played behind the pair formed by Coda and Gudmundsson. The first half ended 7-0 with a poker by Gudmundsson (18′, 25′, 34′ and 44′), a double by Sabelli (6′,29′) and an own goal by the opposing team by Deflorian (36′).
