Napoli, Psg wants Osimhen for post-Mbappé. More distant Vlahovic
The Mbappé chaos could create an earthquake in the soccer market, including in Italy. The rift between the French striker and Paris Saint Germain seems definitive: the player has refused a contract renewal expiring in 2024, and has been excluded from the call-ups for the preseason tour in Japan.
While the transalpine star seems destined for Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain is reasoning about his possible replacement, and is considering a list of World-class bombers.
Among them is also Victor Osimhen: the Napoli striker was the great protagonist of the Azzurri’s third Scudetto, and in these very days he is negotiating with the Neapolitan club for the renewal of his contract, which expires in 2025. Aurelio De Laurentiis is asking very high figures for his transfer, but a clause could be included in the player’s contract allowing the Nigerian to leave for a set amount.
On the other hand, Dusan Vlahovic’s odds are going down: Juventus is waiting for an offer for the Serbian striker, who is considered transferable, but Psg seems to have abandoned this path. The Juventus striker remains in the sights of other suitors such as Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, but he is not the first choice for either club.
