Cagliari-Shomurodov: it’s done
Shomurodov one step away from Cagliari
It’s done for Eldor Shomurodov at Cagliari. As reported by Sky, the Sardinian club has reached an agreement with Roma for the transfer of the Uzbek striker, who last season played on loan at Spezia.
The Rossoblù have finalized the deal for the class ’95 striker on the basis of an onerous loan, amounting to 1 million euros, with a right of redemption, set at 9 million. As for the wages, there will be a perfect division between Cagliari and Roma: one half will be paid by the islanders, the other by the Giallorossi, owners of the card.
Shomurodov, strongly desired by coach Claudio Ranieri, will undergo medical examinations in the coming hours, then he will officially be a new Cagliari player, going to refresh the offensive department of the Sardinians.
From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
