Valentino Rossi, return to the past
Valentino Rossi T-shirts
Who does not remember the famous T-shirts worn by Valentino Rossi every time he won one of his 9 World Championships? Well, the Doctor has announced that replicas of cult items for so many fans will be marketed
They range from the one from his first 1997 title in 125, “Rossifumi Uord Cempion,” to the 2009 “Old hen makes good stock,” through other phrases and designs that have gone down in history.
“We recreated the celebratory t-shirts to allow fans and enthusiasts to relive those moments of joy. Each jersey has a story of its own, whether it’s how the season went or how we celebrated it. Behind each jersey are people, anecdotes and funny stories,” Valentino Rossi explained.
The municipality of Tavullia will present Valentino Rossi with the keys to the city on Thursday, Sept. 7. The ceremony was originally scheduled for May but had been postponed due to the flooding. Reporting the news, Il Resto del Carlino.
“TavulliaVale” will thus take place right on the eve of the San Marino and Rimini Riviera motorcycle Grand Prix in Misano, and will thus attract many more people than it would have done in May.
These are the words of the mayor Francesca Paolucci: “The handover of the keys of the city to Valentino must and will be a moment of joy and in those days it would not have been. Not to mention that in those hours the entire municipal machine was working to try to remedy the damage from the bad weather that also affected our territory.”
“Thousands of people will come to Tavullia that day, eat in our restaurants, sleep in our B#38;B and store in our stores. We are already a destination for so many fans and enthusiasts, we need to structure our reception and receptivity capacity better and better.”
The ceremony will culminate at 8:30 p.m., and the full program with all events will be announced in the coming days. Fans who had already registered in May will receive an email with the new date to request confirmation of registration. From July 31, new registrations will start on the TavulliaVale website. Those who live in Tavullia will be able to register directly on Thursday, Sept. 7, at the municipal gymnasium from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
