Fiorentina-Yerry Mina: this is it

Fiorentina, after selling Igor to Brighton, would now be one step closer to finalizing an important reinforcement in defense. The Viola, in fact, would have found the agreement for the landing in Florence of Yerry Mina, a Colombian defender born in 1994, who remained free after his experience with the Everton shirt.

The player is reportedly already expected to arrive in Italy in the coming days to undergo medical examinations and sign his new €1.5 million contract for one season, with an automatic renewal option for another year upon reaching certain conditions.

There was also interest in the player from Cagliari, but the possibility of playing a European competition led the experienced former Barcelona defender to choose Rocco Commisso’s club.

On the outgoing side, on the other hand, the name that has been on the table for some time in the purple house would be that of Sofyan Amrabat, on whom Manchester United would be pressing hard.

From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
