Atalanta closes for Gianluca Scamacca, Inter mocked
After the purchase of El Bilal Touré, Atalanta places another important strike in the offensive phase. According to reports from “Sky Sport,” La Dea has reportedly reached an agreement with West Ham for the transfer of Gianluca Scamacca, thus perfecting the overtaking of Inter.
The agreement between the parties would have been reached on the basis of an offer of 25 million plus 5 million in bonuses, easily achievable. The Azzurri center forward, in addition, will go on to receive a salary of around 3 million euros per season. The player is reportedly expected in Italy as early as early next week to undergo medical examinations and sign his new contract.
In his last season with the West Ham jersey, Gianluca Scamacca made only 27 appearances and scored 8 goals, due to several physical problems that did not allow him to play with continuity.
The Nerazzurri’s offensive makeover, however, would not be finished yet, as the Bergamo club is reportedly pressing hard to close the deal for Milan’s Charles De Ketelaere on the basis of a 6 million onerous loan with a right of redemption set at around 20 million euros.
From next July 1, it will be possible to deposit the contracts for the players who will make up the teams’ rosters for the 2023/2024 season.
