Atalanta was overwhelmed 4-1 in the friendly match with Union Berlin played at the German capital’s An der Alten Försterei stadium.
Nerazzurri were down by three goals in the first half, when on Laidouni’s wheel (9′), left-footed in tow by Behrens, the latter doubled with a touch underneath receiving from Fofana (25′) who then ran onto De Roon’s backward header (28′), five minutes before the virtual reopening of the score with Pasalic turning under the crossbar cutting in on Scalvini’s pass from the right vertex.

To be confirmed is Wednesday afternoon’s test in Zingonia (4 or 5 p.m.) with Pergolettese (Serie C); the last pre-season outing will be Saturday, Aug. 12 at 8:30 p.m. in Cesena against Juventus.
