Pecco Bagnaia has confidence in Ducati in Austria
Pecco Bagnaia’s words ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix
Pecco Bagnaia wants to repeat himself in the Austrian Grand Prix, scheduled for the weekend in Spielberg. In fact, the Ducati centaur, fresh off his second-place finish at Silverstone, triumphed at the Red Bull Ring last year and is now looking for his fifth seal of the season.
Bagnaia is currently the MotoGP leader, on 214 points, 41 points ahead of Spanish centaur Jorge Martin and 47 behind Italian Marco Bezzecchi.
“I’m very happy to be back racing in Austria, a track I like a lot and on which I managed to get a good win last year,” he admitted to Ducati’s official channels, “It is historically a track favorable to the characteristics of our bike, but I think that this year there will be many riders capable of fighting for a good result here. At the moment our goal is to be consistent and always try to do our best. I am confident and looking forward to the weekend.”
