Divock Origi leaves AC Milan: next destination chosen

The future of Divock Origi è away from AC Milan: according to the latest rumors coming from England, the Belgian striker è very close to a return to the Premier League at Sheffield United.

Origi has had very little success at Milan: having arrived on a zero-parameter basis last July, the striker has collected just 2 goals in 36 games played in the Diavolo shirt. The class of 1995 è out of Stefano Pioli’s plans and has a considerable salary, another factor that does not play in his favor.

After a very important summer buying campaign financed in part by the sale of Sandro Tonali (who flew to Newcastle for 70 million euros), Milan won their first two league matches. In the first round they è imposed themselves against Bologna thanks to goals by Giroud and Pulisic, Saturday night at San Siro they triumphed 4-1 against Torino. Pulisic, Theo Hernandez (with a delightful dig) and Giroud scored twice on penalty kicks. To no avail Schuurs’ goal at 36'.
