The’latest market coup that Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio give to Simone Inzaghi is called Davy Klaassen, 30-year-old midfielder from Ajax.
The Dutchman’s contract was due to expire in 2024 but the Lancers released him, so Klaassen will sign a one-year contract at 1.5 million euros net plus an option for another season.
Today Klaassen will conduct medical examinations and then sign the contract that will bind him to the Nerazzurri, protagonsti of a great summer market session despite the loss of Romelu Lukaku, Edin Dzeko, Marko Brozovic and Andre Onana.
