Consuelo Mangifesta, a former volleyball champion and sports pundit, has experienced Davide Mazzanti's Italy at first hand.

In this interview to the microphones of News.Superscommesse Mangifesta expressed her opinion on the far-from-easy moment of the Italian national team, which did not è go beyond the fourth place at the recent European Championships. Consuelo, I would start by asking for a comment on the summonses for the Pre-Olympic.

How do you judge Egonu's absence? “Unfortunately, it rains on the wet. These are not very good signs, because the Pre-Olympic è one of the most important moments for a national team, and knowing that one of our top players will not be there cannot leave us serene”.

È at risk of passing the round at the Pre-Olympic?” “The way I saw the girls, there's a strong state of anxiety and sorrow that doesn&#39t help, also because weé will play with strong teams like Poland and the United States. I'm left with the very ugly game against Holland in my eyes. Moreover, with the absence of Egonu we will not sleep soundly”.

What would it mean not to go to the Olympics for Italy? “I don&#39t even want to think about it. (…) I hope that, one way or another, the group will come together: all the issues will have to be put on the table and we will have to row together toward such an important goal. Those who do not feel ready for this should call themselves out”.
