Pecco Bagnaia è outspoken ahead of San Marino GP
After the bad crash in the Barcelona GP, Ducati’s reigning champion Pecco Bagnaia è already back to work hoping to receive the green light from doctors to be able to take part in his own home Grand Prix.
"Sunday night I went right back home with the team and after getting some rest I immediately started preparing to try to be ready to get back on track in Misano. If the doctors give me the ok I can get on track on Friday for the first practice of my home GP" began the Ducati centaur as reported by "Sky Sport".
"The Gp of San Marino and Riviera di Rimini è always a special event for us Italians and especially for us Ducati riders. I will doò my best to be able to race on Saturday and Sunday" assured Pecco Bagnaia.
He will definitely not take part in the Misano Gp, instead, Enea Bastianini, who suffered a fracture in both his hand and left ankle, which will keep him out at least for the next three races (Misano, India and Japan).
