Serious mistake by Alvaro Bautista in the Superpole Race of the Superbike World Championship at Magny-Cours.
The centaur of the reigning world champion Ducati hit his teammate Michael Ruben Rinaldi on braking, knocking him to the ground.
Rinaldi, who was in the lead at the time, è found himself on the ground after being hit on the rear tire by the Spanish rider, who surprisingly was not è punished by the race commission.
Yamaha centaur Toprak Razgatlioglu won the race ahead of Bautista himself and Jonathan Rea.
