March Bezzecchi on pole, Pecco Bagnaia third

Marco Bezzecchi in pole position in the 12th round of the Moto3 World Championship 2023, the Grand Prix of India. On the Buddh International circuit, the rider of the Ducati Mooney VR46 team achieved an outstanding time of 1:43.947, beating by only 43 thousandths the favorite for pole, Jorge Martin (Ducati Pramac). Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Factory) completes the front row with a time of 1:44.203, 256 thousandths behind Bezzecchi.
They are fourth Luca Marini (Ducati Mooney VR46) at 268 thousandths from the top, fifth Joan Mir (Repsol Honda) at 507 thousandths, and sixth Marc Marquez (author again of a fall, without consequences) at 522. Seventh place è by Johann Zarco (Ducati Pramac) at 568 thousandths from Bezzecchi, followed by Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) at 777.
