Important victory for Venezia, which triumphs in an away match 3-1 against Modena.Initially down in the score, thegunarians turned it around in half an hour thanks to goals by Altare, Gytkjaer and Bjarkason.

The first half opened with a yellow card for Modena’s Fabio Gerli on 31'. Just before halftime, at 44', an injury forced Riccardo Gagno of Modena to leave the field, replaced by Andrea Seculin. Upon returning from the locker room, the teams made several substitutions, including that of Christian Gytkjaer for Venezia and Fabio Abiuso for Modena.

In the second half, Modena opened the scoring in the 48' minute thanks to Nicholas Bonfanti, on an assist from Antonio Palumbo. Venezia's response was not long in coming, with Giorgio Altare tying the score in the 55th minute. At 76' Christian Gytkjaer put Venezia ahead on an assist from Mikael Ellertsson, then at 83' Bjarki Steinn Bjarkason sealed the final 3-1 goal for Venezia.
