Ryder Cup, results
Europe è won the Ryder Cup 2023, at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Guidonia Montecelio, dominating the competition from day one.
The decisive point è was made by Tommy Fleetwood, who is credited with surpassing the necessary quota of 14.5 points, in the match against Rickie Fowler. This victory represents an important rematch for Europe, which had lost the trophy in 2021 to Whistling Straits, while the U.S. continues its long abstinence that has lasted on the road since 1993.
With this victory, Europe è confirmed itself as unbeatable at home after previous editions at Valderrama Golf Club in 1997 and Le Golf National in Paris in 2018. In 2025, the competition will be held at Bethpage Black Course in the States, while the next edition in Europe will be held at Adare Manor, County Limerick, Ireland. The venues for the 2029, 2033 and 2037 editions in the States have already been announced at Hazeltine, Olympic Club and Congressional, respectively.
