F1, Horner’s dig at Wolff: "It hurts when you lose"
Red Bull team principal Christian Horner goaded Mercedes boss Toto Wolff in an interview with Sky Sports Uk. At the moment the Austrian team is dominating the World Cup, and there seem to be no rivals on the horizon: "For me, sport è a matter of rivalry. And è it is great to have rivalryà. But there must be respect, sport is not è such without rivalryà".
"Wolff hasn’t è been seen much in the last two years, but I’m sure he’s plotting something. I am sure they have something they are working on, we are talking about a great team with great drivers. They will try to react".
"It hurts when you lose. We had a long period, six to seven seasons, of pain. We were bridesmaids. But we never lost sight of where we wanted to be. We wanted to be the team that would break Mercedes’ dominance, and everything goes in cycles. And at some point someone beatà us" too.
