Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca spoke to Radio Serie A Con RDS

On the first goal in Serie A

“My first goal in Serie A è was a unique satisfaction, è the dream of every child. Of course forò there’è regret for the draw and for not being able to win”.

On the complicated situation of’Udinese

.

“We live it in a positive way, we must always be positive in the locker room to find the first victory. We just have to think about training that sooner or later the victory will come. We can redeem ourselves, we have strong teams, especially against Lecce playing at home we have to bring it home”.

On the Ajax’experience

“The’experience in Holland helped me so much. The’Ajax è a soccer school, it was the first year abroad and it helped me a lot on a psychological level, as well as improving me on an individual level. È a different way of working than there’è in Italy”.

On Ibrahimovic

“È my idol, I have been following him since I was a child. In Amsterdam there’were several pictures of him, but I don’t know if relations are still good between the company and Ibra. In what would I like to resemble him? Definitely in the quality with which he gets to score goals, in that I have to improve a lot: to be in the right place at the right time”.

On the comparison with Giroud and Crouch

.

“I am not comparable to Giroud, è he was one of the strongest strikers in Europe and he still makes a difference at AC Milan. Forò as physical and technical characteristics maybe sì. Many people have also jokingly told me that I looked like Peter Crouch. Not è my ideal type of player, forè è he was very strong. We have similar heights, but on a playing level I consider myself different from him”.

On this season’s goals

.

“To do well with Udinese’Udinese è the main thing, in second place comes the National team: the convocation è a dream I always had. Where would I like to improve? Under goal, in all the games I played I had several opportunitiesà to score, if I improve this aspect I can do great things”.

On Pisa

“È it was a path of my life and personal growth, I did well in the beginning, but then I was sick physically for two or three months. I wasn’t at the top, per’ I still managed to play and we came close to the Serie A: that’ is fine.
