Former Italian tennis player Omar Camporese, a guest at the 'Gardaland Magic Halloween' event, talked about Jannik Sinner: "Jannik I met last year during the Davis Cup in Bologna. He’ a very cool guy, posed, very shy maybe, introverted. Eh I am following him, he is doing beautiful things, lately he è managed to equal Adriano Panatta’s record and I believe and hope for him that it is not over here".
"Lately he has changed his game a lot and this has led him to win a lot of matches and climb up the world rankings,” he added. I think he needs to perfect the spring and early summer part on clay where he lacks something and if he wants to play with the top players in the world I think those 2,3 months on clay are really due for an improvement for him".
"But he let's say that he's a little bit 'half German', so he has a good characteristic because usually South Tyroleans are very 'focus' and that's a great characteristic that he has and so that's what always leads him to improve. I wish him the best of luck to him" concluded Camporese.
