The words of Luca Marini after the second place in the Sprint Race of Gp d'Indonesia

After taking second place in the Sprint Race of the Indonesia Gp, the Ducati Mooney VR46 centaur wanted to analyze his performance and shed light on his physical condition.

"Today è it was really tough. This morning in qualifying, especially in the changes of direction, when I pushed on the handlebars I felt a crack and hurt myself. I was doing physical therapy from the time of the interviews until 3 minutes before changing. I did it to try to loosen up the muscles and get my form back. Yesterday I wasn&#39t so bad, but after that lap in qualifying I felt really bad. We managed to limit the damage, but the pain was so much, to the point where I couldn’t feel the heat. I was hurting especially in the left turns, where I è even started the bike during the penultimate lap" began the Ducati Mooney VR46 centaur to the microphones of "Sky Sport MotoGp".

"I was not effective and I was not well positioned on the bike and è it was a shame becauseé the bike was working really well. Today you could have won, but that&eé is okay. I’m not in the best condition, but the thing I like most è è that the feeling with the Desmosedici è was great. From the Misano test onward, we made a very good step forward. Even in India I was very fast, so we hope to maintain this pace in the next races" added Valentino Rossi’s brother.

"When you start from pole è everything is easier. We were good especially in the management of the rear tire, it was not easy with these temperatures. I saw that Martin was losing a little bit and I tried to catch him, but in the end I lost the rear at the entrance of turn 13 and risked falling. Luckily I was able to hold the bike and since I am not 100% physically I am happy with the second place I got" concluded Luca Marini.
