NBA, Lillard-Antetokounmpo pair enchants all

It’s still preaseason but the Bucks are scary

The anticipation was huge, even though these are still preaseason contests. Bucks fans enjoyed the stellar duo of Antetokounmpo and newcomer Lillard in action for the first time. The result? Convincing victory.

Milwaukee got rid, away from home, of the LA Lakers (108-97 the final) with 16 points and eight for Antetokounmpo (22' on the court) and 14 points and three assists for Lillard (on the court for 16' total). For the record, the Yellowviola were without their leader LeBron James.

"I learned so much from him. He knows how to play the sport. He puts himself in the conditions to be successful. He helps us and puts me in the conditions to succeed", Antetokounmpo’s words about Lillard reported by ESPN. Of course, everyone is waiting for the start of the regular season to see the two stars at their full potential. The first official game è scheduled for the night of Oct. 27 against Philadelphia.
