Ducati, Jorge Martin doesn’t give up: "I need to calm down"
Ducati Pramac rider Jorge Martin plans a rematch at Phillips Island after the bitter Indonesia GP ended with a crash. In the crosshairs there'è the first place of Pecco Bagnaia: "I am fast in all areas, I just have to relax, but not too much otherwise it ends like Indonesia… I have to calm down and finish the race. I hope to catch up with Pecco to get to Valencia with a chance to fight for the world title".
Martin feels he has a great chance: "Pecco è strong in braking, I am better in acceleration. Last Sunday è was a difficult day, in the evening my head was full of thoughts, but we are here focused for this race".
"I am always competitive, at every track, I am fighting for the victory and there’s not much to change on the bike. Last year in Australia I made the record, but è still a difficult transfer, in fact in 2022 I had problems with braking".
"Here the weather canò change. È a fast circuit, where è difficult to break away from the group, but at this point of the World Championship you have to necessarily try to make a fast race".
