Juventus, a World Champion to improve the roster
The former Udinese turned down rich proposals from Saudi Arabia in the summer
There are questions in the Bianconeri household about how to improve the squad during the winter market window. Having lost, in one fell swoop, two midfield pillars such as Pogba and Fagioli, forces Giuntoli to look around and look for a quality reinforcement to offer to coach Allegri.
Many profiles are being followed by Giuntoli, including that of de Paul. The Argentine, fresh off his World Cup title with Argentina, is not è considered a key man in Simeone’s chessboard at Atletico Madrid. Last summer he turned down several princely offers from Saudi Arabia.
Juventus would be ready to step up. The idea would be to convince Atletico Madrid to sell the former Udinese midfielder on an onerous loan with a right of redemption. Much will depend on the will of de Paul himself who, in Italy, played for five years, all with the Udinese shirt.
