Juventus is serious about Lazar Samardzic

One of Juventus’ priorities for the upcoming soccer market session will be a midfield reinforcement, complicit with the absences of Fagioli and Pogba. The main target followed by the Bianconeri would be Lazar Samardzic, a Serbian midfielder from Udinese, who was one step away from a transfer to Inter in the summer.

According to a report by "Tuttosport", the "Old Lady" has accelerated contacts with the player’s entourage to try to find an agreement already in the winter market session. Cristiano Giuntoli, in fact, would have put on the table an onerous loan with a right of redemption, which would become an obligation in case of Champions League qualification, and a contract until 2028 at about 1.3 million euros per season.

Udinese for its part would not want to deprive itself of the young trequartista, but Samardzic’s willingness to make the leap in quality could favor Juventus in finding the final white smoke.
