Jannik Sinner open-hearted about his 2023

During the format "Le Gallerie d'Italia", Jannik Sinner, just a few days before his debut at the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, wanted to take stock of his 2023, which è was marked by several important milestones such as his first success in a Masters 1000 and the achievement of his best ranking, i.e., the fourth position in the rankings.

"This year è was a different year than 2022. I gained more experience, played more matches and grew, although making several mistakes, mentally, physically and tennis-wise. So far, the season è has been very positive and I will try to give my best to end it in the best way" debuted the South Tyrolean as quoted by "Tuttosport".

"For me the priority is to play tennis, in my head when I go to sleep I think what I can do to be even better on the court. I work out, a lot of athletics, I work on the mental aspect, I eat better, I go to sleep early and I use my cell phone less which è a very important factor. I am looking for those stimuli that will allow me to put even more energy on the field. I think this, going forward will pay off. Maybe even just 0.02 percent, but they will be an improvement that will allow me to grow and become even stronger" added Jannik Sinner.
