Official: Rolando Maran è the new coach of Brescia

A few days after the official release of Daniele Gastaldello, Brescia, through a statement on its official channels, announced the hiring of Rolando Maran as the new coach of the first team.

"Brescia Calcio announces that it has entrusted the technical guidance of the first team to Mr. Rolando Maran.

For the coach from Trentino, with more than 500 benches between Serie A and B, this is a return, after having been in the technical staff of Silvio Baldini first and then of Nedo Sonetti, winning promotion to the top division in the 1999/2000 football season; later he took over as technical guide of the Rondinelle for the 2005-2006 Serie B Championship.

The club announces that, together with coach Rolando Maran, Christian Maraner and Andrea Tonelli join the technical staff of the first team, respectively with the positions of assistant coach and athletic trainer" this is the note issued by the club biancoazzurro.

The former Catania coach will make his debut on the Rondinelle bench in the match with Pisa valid for the 14th day of Serie B, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 25.
