Alessandro Gentile spoke about his past at Olimpia Milano on Dazn.

"Thinking about it now, I definitely would have agreed to leave Milan a little bit earlier, when I had the chance. Clearly I do not experience it as regret, in the sense that Milan è a piece of my heart. Those were great years, però I think the relationship had worn out by then and I think it was negative for everybody this thing of having dragged on for a few years too long. Going back I would change that".

"It’ was a very intense period, both from a positive and negative point of view. For me to have brought the scudetto back to Milan after 18 years, in any case the first of the Armani era, as captain after my father who had been the last one as captain, è something that will always carry and remain. So great joys and also some disappointments of course".
