It begins with a mockery Italy’s path to the Davis Cup finals in Malaga. In the third game of the final set came the break on’1-1 in favor of the Dutchman who, however, after a flawless set and a half on serve, gave it back in the sixth game. On 5-5 Arnaldi saves a break ball that if converted would have been bloody.
Decides the whole tie-breake Arnaldi missing three match points, including two consecutive on 6-4, the second of which with a meaningless short ball, then on the’8-7 for his opponent he delivers the match to Van De Zanschulp by putting a backhand wide. Now it is Jannik Sinner’s turn, who in the second singles match will face Tallon Griekspoor.
