Milan, Luka Jovic at the end of the line: goodbye in January

The former violet never scored in this first season at Milan

Compounded by Giroud’s disqualification, his time seemed to have come. Against Fiorentina, among others his former team, Jovic thought he could, at last, show he was useful to the Rossoneri cause. Still without a goal on the season, the Serbian aimed to redeem himself against the Viola.

No dice. It now seems fairly certain that it will be Okafor who will be the starter against Fiorentina, with Jovic once again sitting on the bench and perhaps on the field as the game progresses. In fact, yet another rejection of the Serbian striker, who arrived on the last day of the summer market.

The feeling è that, in January, Jovic will pack his bags (assuming there is someone willing to invest in him). Milan è is working to find a new striker. There is a lot of talk about David from Lille. What is è certain è that Jovic's Rossoneri adventure seems to be at an end. The only way, on the part of Jovic himself, to turn the tables would be to be able to score an important goal, assuming he can get on the field.
