Aston Martin, Mike Krack gets out of line on Fernando Alonso’s future

On the sidelines of the last qualifying session of the season in Abu Dhabi, Aston Martin team principal Mike Krack è commented on the future of Fernando Alonso, whose contract will expire in 2024.

"I think I don’t have to answer that question, because é he still has one year left on his contract with us. This è a decision that he has to make, but from our side there'è the willé to possibly continue the relationship" began the team principal of the British team as reported by "FormulaPassion".

"When the car was competitive it was obviously easy to be constructive, but the real qualities came out in Mexico, as it would have been easy for both drivers to take the microphones and criticize the team, and it would probably have been deserved too. I think that’s when the real qualities of the character of our guys in team play came out. For me this è was one of the highlights of the season as a team, becauseé we managed to stick together and get back up" added Mike Krack.
