On the third day of the Next Gen ATP Finals in Jeddah Luca Nardi è won the Italian derby with Flavio Cobolli. The third partial set is once again resolved in the tie-break. However, compared to the first set, è the Pesaro native finding more rhythm and closing with an easy 7-1. The situation returns to parity in the fourth partial, as Cobolli takes advantage of the physical problems suffered by Nardi to close with an easy 4-1. The fifth and decisive set is once again decided at the tie-break, with the 2003 class, who, after canceling a match point on 2-3, manages to close the accounts on the score of 7-4.
