NBA, Luka Doncic makes history: better than Larry Bird

Impressive. Doncic enters NBA history. In the challenge won by his Mavs against the Jazz (147-97 the final, seven points for Fontecchio), the Slovenian literally outdid himself. By the end of the first half, he was already in triple-double with 29 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. A historic performance, never before had anyone before him managed it with more than 25 points on the scoreboard.
At the end of the match, Doncic put up 40 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. For him it è was the 60° triple-double of his career. He has now surpassed, on the All-Time list, a legend like Bird. "Pretty amazing. I don’t know what to say, honestly. We all know who è Larry Bird was, so è really special", his words in the post match reported by ESPN.
Also of note on the night was Embiid’s great showing. The MVP dragged his 76ers to victory over the Wizards (131-126) with an impressive 50 points on the scoreboard (sixth time in his career with at least 50 points scored). Gallinari ended his game with seven points in 17' of play (starting from the bench). Despite Banchero’s 42 points (career high), Orlando falls against Cleveland (121-111).
