Coached Serena Williams: “Jannik Sinner reminds me of young Novak Djokovic.”

An'other among the tennis world&#39s most respected figures is getting unbalanced.

Jannik Sinner new Novak Djokovic è a suggestion that many fans and even tennis insiders have been suggesting for some time. The 2023 dream of the South Tyrolean talent has certainly increased the number of his admirers, to whom is è added someone who knows well the feeling of coaching a figure capable of dominating in the discipline. It is in fact Patrick Mouratoglou, already the coach of Serena Williams.

Mouratoglou, on his Facebook account, took stock of the San Candido champion&#39s last few months, also blurting out what could happen in the new year. "I think it can be the year of Jannik Sinner. Certainly Carlos Alcaraz will be extremely close. But Jannik’s results at the end of 2023 give the impression that he is 100 percent ready to play at the highest level", reads the post by Serena Williams's former coach.

"Alcaraz è advantaged by the fact that he won two Grand Slam tournaments and by the fact that he was No. 1 in the world,” added Mouratoglou. “But Sinner has a quick and aggressive style on his side, because he knows how to play d&39;anticipation and with great intensity. This will make him; stronger away from the clay. Plus, he has gained confidence, building that winning mentality that reminds me of the Novak Djokovic of 2011".
