Dino Meneghin open-hearted about Virtus Bologna, Olimpia Milano and Germani Brescia

On the occasion of the ceremony of the 'Coni Lombardia Awards', former player Dino Meneghin, at the microphones of "Sportando" wanted to analyze the start of the season of Virtus Bologna, Olimpia Milano and Germani Brescia, which occupy respectively the third, sixth and first place in the league standings. 

"Virtus is doing extraordinary things this year, especially in the Euroleague. Milan has had to deal with several injury problems, but the season è still long and I hope they can make up ground. Brescia has è proved to be the best in this beginning of the season, but in the long run it could pay for the fact of participating in the cups, which besides being expensive from an economic point of view, are especially so on the physical level. So if there isn't a very long bench where you can interchange players in games it becomes difficult to maintain this intensity and this level until the end, and in the final Germani could pay a little for fatigue" debuted the former center.

"Calathes è a player who cannot be questioned. He has great experience, character, points in his hands and great direction. I think he will be a great reinforcement for Olimpia. He will also need time to fit in the right way in Messina’s schemes and get to know his teammates, but I am convinced that once he settles in he will be able to show his talent" added Dino Meneghin about the possible landing of Nick Calathes to the Red Shoes.
