The 76-year-old former president of Rossa recalls Schumi's engagement

Luca Cordero di Montezemolo was very close to Michael Schumacher. When he was president of Ferrari, he shared many wonderful moments, both on the track and in his everyday private life. Since December 29, 2013, the day of the Meribel accident, everything has è changed but 76-year-old Luca Cordero di Montezemolo has not forgotten Schumi and the many feats in the Rossa.

To celebrate we organized an evening in a small hotel in the village. On the lack of news about the real current condition of Michael Schumacher, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo è lapidary: "I share what Jean Todt said a short time ago. Michael there’è but è a different Michael. Otherwise, I respect the wish of his wife who has kept a great reserve about his condition over the years. I prefer to remember him in full form".
