Mercedes has officially unveiled its new car for the 2024 season, where the goal will be to try to challenge Max Verstappen and Red Bull. The W15, in addition, will also be the last car from the Brackley team that will be driven by Lewis Hamilton, as from 2025 the seven-time world champion will move to Ferrari. On the sidelines of the presentation, the British driver himself expressed his feelings ahead of this his last season at the wheel of Mercedes.

"The lessons of the last two years have helped us find our direction. They have allowed us to find our north star. There will still be work to be done, but we will face whatever challenges come our way with our heads held high, our minds open and working hard" began the British driver as quoted by "FormulaPassion".

"If you è not comfortable with the car, you è not be able to achieve maximum performance. A more stable and more predictable car will allow us to extract the potential not only from the car, but also from ourselves as drivers" continued the seven-time world champion.

"I know what è this team is capable of. I am incredibly grateful for the work done by every single person. Every time you walk into the factory, you can see the grit and determination of everyone. We are all very motivated for the year ahead. We are going to give it our all" Lewis Hamiton summed up.
