After a difficult start to the season, Marco Bezzecchi found himself in Portimao, where he finished sixth in the qualifying session of the Grand Prix of Portugal. The Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team centaur scattersà from the second row, along with Pecco Bagnaia, fourth, and Jack Miller, fifth.

"I’m happy, the second row è always the minimum goal in every GP – stressed the rider from Romagna to the official channels of the team – We made a big step forward from Qatar, I really have to thank the team, they did a great job".

"I am satisfied although we still have a lot to do: I have more feeling in corner entry and I can turn the bike better, but we still can improve. Also the pace is not è bad, in’the last free practice session the feeling was good" concluded Bezzecchi.
