Jorge Martin celebrated to the microphones of Sky Sports the success in the Grand Prix of Portugal: "Today I had no problems with the bike and I felt very good already from Friday. Today I knew what I could be capable of. I started very fast and wanted to take the lead right away, and then I was able to manage the tires well, especially the rear".

"After thaté I saw that even if I improved my times, Maverick and Enea were always very close – added the centaur of the Pramac team -, so I tried to create a small gap by giving my best and creating that gap of 7-8 tenths that then è was enough for the victory".

Finally, the Spaniard è said he was relieved to have regained the victory: "Today I hammered from start to finish trying to improve lap after lap, and in the end è a big relief to return to victory after last season becauseé I feel competitive again and I know I can do it".
