MotoGp Portugal: Marquez-Bagnaia collision, both knocked out. Martin wins

Great victory for Jorge Martin in the MotoGp Grand Prix of Portugal: the Ducati Pramac team centaur commanded the race from start to finish, preceding on the podium Enea Bastianini (Ducati) and Pedro Acosta (KTM, at his first podium in the premier class). The race è was marked by a chaotic finale, which saw the collision and fall of Pecco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez, and the slide of Viñales (Aprilia) in the last few corners, when he was one step away from second place.

The race

Decisive, as in Qatar, è was the start: this time è it was Jorge Martin who had the best cue and immediately took the lead in the race, ahead of Viñales and Bastianini. The Ducati Pramac team centaur immediately stamped his pace on the race, immediately trying to distance himself from the Aprilia and Ducati riders.

Pecco Bagnaia è lingered in fourth place, held back by skirmishes with a bold Pedro Acosta, while Marc Marquez è failed to keep up with the pace of the leaders and lurked in sixth.  While up front Jorge Martin è sprinted to victory, the world champion began to suffer, probably because of the tires, and lost fourth place to Pedro Acosta.

Two twists and turns in the finale: Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia collided and fell while fighting for fifth place, and thus ended up out of the top 10. On the last lap, a resounding fall for Viñales, who threw to the wind a podium that he would have richly deserved.
